Stroker Passage is an ongoing series of paintings fusing digital image making practices with traditional painting. Starting off as oil paintings, they are photographed and then mapped to 3-D models of brush strokes. The images are built up like a traditional painting; (3-D) strokes are layered on top of one another to create an image. The final outputs are exhibited as prints, projected images and on screens and exhibited alongside the oil paintings which they started out as.
